Jose "Pepe" Hernandez
He is a veteran with 30 years of construction trade experience under his belt in new construction, exterior renovations and water-proofing. He is a bi-lingual leader in the field with a proven track record. Once the CEO of Emeral Construction, Jose understands the importance of the complete satisfaction of his clients and has the ethics and background to prove it.
Daniel Oh
He has 33 years of construction trade experiences with a specialty in electrics. Daniel became a certified Journeyman Electrician for Lockheed Martin before becoming the CEO of Alive Electrical. He has finished numerous projects from franchise stores like Quizno’s Sub up to the 20,000 sq ft project , Lawrence Plaza located in Santa Clara, California.

Philip Jeong
He brings 12 years of construction management in all trades for both multi-family and tenant improvement renovation. The skills of having four languages (English, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish) helped Philip recognize more business opportunities. Before founding Allied Construction Builders, Philip was the CEO of HiNet Inc. which was a semiconductor parts distributor and import/export.
